C-Roads C-ITS Roadmap

C-Roads publishes the C-ITS Services Roadmap for road networks in Europe

After the rollout of a first set of C-ITS use cases on road infrastructure networks and in series vehicles since 2019 in Europe, the C-Roads platform is pleased to inform about its future use case roadmap. This roadmap includes additional C-ITS use cases for special vehicle fleets like public transport or ambulances. Additionally from 2029 onwards, there will also be support for automated vehicles on public roads.
