Task Force Service Harmonisation

The ultimate goal of this work is a common understanding of the functionality of Day-1-C-ITS-services, the underlying architectures and the responsibilities of all stakeholders. C-Roads will deal with the common points for deployment as well with those, where harmonisation is needed.
