Webinar on the final results of C-Roads France and C-ITS deployment perspectives in France
C-Roads France is pleased to invite to their international webinar on March 8th 14:00 - 18:00 on the final results of C-Roads France and C-ITS deployment perspectives in France.
C-Roads France is one of the "son projects" of the SCOOP@F project, one of the first C-ITS deployment projects in Europe built from scratch on a cooperation between road operators and car manufacturers, which has faced all the real life challenges of privacy, security, industrial processes, procurement, compliance assessment and interoperability. C-Roads France followed those footsteps opening discussions towards urban environments and deploying smartphone application Coopits. It will also be time to get first learnings from the InDiD project, son project of C-Roads France.
Among the highlights will be:
• The final evaluation of C-Roads France, including technical evaluation and user acceptance of Coopits, distraction and sanitary impacts of units developed for the safety of road operating agents, behavioral study at the connected railway level crossings and impact study on road traffic of two use cases
• The hybrid architecture and services developed in the projects,
• The French governance of C-ITS and its perspectives with regards to actual operations
• A panel discussion on urban services in C-ITS with cities that are partners of C-Roads France and InDiD
• A panel discussion "the way to C-ITS industrialization" with road and railway operators and OEMs
